Abstract :
Introduction: Domestic violence against women poses a significant risk to the health of women, the family, and society. The study of this issue among Baluch women has methodological and cultural complexities. This study uses the approach of social interpretivism to investigate violence against women among Baluch women in Iranshahr.
Methods: The study sample includes 18 women referred to the Iranshahr Court and obtained by theoretical saturation in the sample size and purposeful sampling method and theoretical sampling, specific to qualitative methodology. The grounded theory methodology has been used to analyze the data and reach the final theory.
Findings:The findings of this study are thirteen major categories: Patriarchy, Shadow of divorce, Addiction, Paternalism, Stigma of divorce, Forced marriage, Remarriage and threats against it, Types of violence against women, Husband's family violence, Cautious family policy, Tolerance of violence Envy and resignation, divorce is the tool of men's power and a core category of patriarchy, the discourse of power and violence against women.
