        The armed hostility in the present age is one of the most important issues in international and domestic affairs. The world is almost facing civil and international war every day. Preventing such conflicts depends on the development of democracy and respect for human rights and the rule of law in various dimensions. Despite the wars stimulating factors, women and children have always been suffered the most injuries of the wars in different forms based on historical documents. One of the women urgent international problems is the systematic rape against women and children in armed disputes that aimed ethnic cleansing and carried on by brutality. Certainly decisive and serious confronting by the international community could have prevented such inhumane actions .The most important crimes were mentioned in this article referring the international documents.         Parvin Etesami talked a lot about family, its members and their relations in her court poetry. She referred to the role of woman as mate and mother and the role of man as mate and father. The children and their relationship with parents were also mentioned. She used several ways for talking about family and its members such as metaphor, parable and story telling. Orphans, animals (especially poultry) and businessmen have various roles in her stories. Although many researchers have talked about the character of woman in Persian literature but researches about familial relations was less discussed. Research about this topic helps us to know more about poet’s character, beliefs and thoughts. This descriptive-analytic research that has been done based on literature review showed that among the members of family, woman especially as mother had a premiere role in Parvin Etesami works.         The aim of this research was to evaluate the relation between organizational culture and emotional intelligence with organizational entrepreneurship among the women employees. The sample subsumed 155 subjects from the employees that were selected randomly through stratified sampling. The instrument for gathering data were: Glaser Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Schutte Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Entrepreneurial Behaviors Questionnaire. The research was a correlative study. For analyzing data Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regressions were used. The results showed that there were simple and multiple relations between the organizational culture and emotional intelligence with organizational entrepreneurship, while organizational entrepreneurship could be predicted by emotional intelligence stronger rather than organizational culture in the female employees.         These articles mainly investigated the position of women from an Islamic perspective and explained the women’s value in its practical sense and based on the real events instead of following an idealistic or imaginary approach. In this regard, based on Koranic verses and instances of prominent Muslim women the following results were attained: Holly Koran and our prophet (PBUH) have familiarized women with their rights and encouraged them to obtain their rights and such a task was exactly a responsibility from God for the prophet (PBUH). Hijab, judicial laws, moral health of women’s participation are part of divine attempts to revitalize the women’s rights which have been fulfilled by Islam and resulted in an unprecedented evolution in the position and style of women’s life.         The purpose of present research was to study the relationship between domestic violence and family function among Shahinshahr women. The research was a descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all women in Shahinshar town (67000), while 393 women were selected via multiple step random sampling among them. In this research a set of questionnaires consisting of Family Violence and Family Assistance Device (F. A. D) were implemented. Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analyses. The results of Pearson correlation coefficients showed a significant negative relationship between physical violence, emotional violence, verbal violence and sexual violence with family function (p≤ 0.01, p≤ 0.05). Moreover, results of stepwise regression analysis indicated that sexual and verbal violence could significantly predict family function (p≤ 0.01). Manuscript profile

        This study aimed to examine the political culture, the Shiite women contribution in politics and its effect on Iranian women’s political culture. The research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical approach. The underlying assumption was that, although the political culture components in Iran such as authoritarian culture has been responsible for the decline of women participation in politics, due to the influence of the Iranian Shiite women’s political culture, the women political participation in certain periods of history has increased. For example, during the Islamic revolution under the supervision of Imam Khomeini (ra) the political participation of women has reached its peak. During the revolution, the role and contribution of women in politics for the first time became equal to that of men.         Islamic point of view has always been based on respect and consecrate regarding woman and the family. By profoundly reviewing the holly recorded narration it could be concluded that Islam has constantly attributed special feature for woman. Matrimony is an emotional, social and legal institution that is followed by couplings. One of the permanency components in the marriage has always been the fidelity that the holly recorded narration and verses connoted the necessity to fulfillment of a promise and of being faithful to affective interrelationship in marriage contract have been considered as the most significant sources for the fidelity essentiality. To be good companion, confidentiality and considering legal necessities such as alimony, respecting love and kindness are very effective to deepening and developing the fidelity.
