The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Emotional Intelligence with Organizational Entrepreneurship among the Women Employees

Abstract :
The aim of this research was to evaluate the relation between organizational culture and emotional intelligence with organizational entrepreneurship among the women employees. The sample subsumed 155 subjects from the employees that were selected randomly through stratified sampling. The instrument for gathering data were: Glaser Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Schutte Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Entrepreneurial Behaviors Questionnaire. The research was a correlative study. For analyzing data Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regressions were used. The results showed that there were simple and multiple relations between the organizational culture and emotional intelligence with organizational entrepreneurship, while organizational entrepreneurship could be predicted by emotional intelligence stronger rather than organizational culture in the female employees.
