Abstract :
The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and social support with entrepreneurship in female employees in National South Oil Company (NLSOC). The sample included 154 subjects who were selected based on stratified random sampling. The research was designed as correlative one. For the measurement of the variables, Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1998) Social Capital Questionnaire, and Nakouei et al (2014) Social Support Questionnaire and Kuratko and Goldsby (1993) Entrepreneurship Questionnaire were used. To analyze data; Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariable regression (P < 0/0001) were employed as statistical methods. The results revealed that there was significant positive relationship between social capital and social support with entrepreneurship in Female employees in National South Oil Company (0/0001). The analysis also regression showed that social support and emotional support were significant predictive variables concerned to entrepreneurship.
