Prebiotics are resistant compared to the digestion in the upper gastrointestinaland as undigested reaches the lower intestine area. Since there has a direct physiological effect as well as by stimulating the growth and activity of probiotic compounds of gastrointestinalmicroflora Such as Bifidobacterium so affected the gastrointestinalecosystem. The scientific use of these additives to feed the buffalo can leads to increase feed conversion coefficient, increase growth and improve the health of animals by increasing its resistance against diseases and improve the conditions of fermentation in the rumen.
