The first issue of the Quarterly was published in 2009 and then the Quarterly Journal of Judicial Law of the Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch was recognized based on the vote of the eighty-third and eighty-fourth session of the Commission for Review and Approval of Scientific Journals of the Islamic Azad University. Also, the quarterly is currently valid and is one of the scientific publications approved by the Islamic Azad University. It has been published as a bi-quarterly since the spring of 2015.
