Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to investigate the localization of human resource education with the approach of social network and community development. Research Method The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method is descriptive-survey based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the present study was 112 students of the Islamic Azad University of Zarghan, which was selected as a sample using Morgan's table of 92 people and non-random sampling method is available. The data collection tool in this study was the standard questionnaire Lee (2021). Divergent validity and convergent validity tests in SPSS and SMART PLS software were used to assess the validity of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha test was also used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, which was higher than 0.70 for each variable, which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire. Findings show that localization of education has a significant effect on the development of social networks and society. Considering that the research findings show that the localization of e-learning among students has a significant impact on the development of social networks and society, it can be used using different methods in the suggestions section.
