Nowadays by expansion of new communication and informational technologies many of concepts and strategies like war, power, victory, defeat, and defense have new meanings which implicate new authority and hegemony of foreign culture by using of media over the world. The achievement of soft warfare in urban textures is a complete description of silent struggle with attitudes, tendencies, concepts and indices of religion that eventually these elements have overlooked over time. This is while Iranians are dependent on the presence of such spaces, according to their culture. These spaces have had interactive and effective interactions with their surroundings in the past and they can have in the future. Achieving this, is possible by identifying the existing contradictions and developing solutions based on rational planning that can be realized in the light of the creation of urban media leaders. In this paper, it is tried to identify two different types (full and empty textures of religious elements) and use field and library methods based on scientific approach, to find a comprehensive knowledge in theoretical foundations and field studies. Also, by contrasting these textures, the principle of effective spatial organization for the rehabilitation of urban texture in the face of urban soft warfare is achievable. The most important results of this research are the elaboration of the principles of spatial organization of soft warfare in urban textures, which presents three strategic themes as a model for planning and designing urban textures with elements of religious indices against urban soft warfare.
