Abstract :
The purpose of the research was to develop and validate the Transdiagnostic intervention based on the lived experiences of adolescents with nomophobia. . With the qualitative method and phenomenological approach, 30 teenagers with nomophobia were selected with a purposeful sampling method, and then through a semi-structured interview, information was collected on the components of the Transdiagnostic intervention. In the analysis and analysis of the data using Claisian method, 2 main concepts including "individual issues", "family issues" and 11 sub-concepts were classified and according to these concepts, a Transdiagnostic intervention in 10 sessions was designed and formulated, especially for teenagers with nomophobia. Validation results showed that the minimum and maximum CVR for each item or component of the program is 0.82 and 1, respectively. Also, the minimum and maximum amount of CVI for each item or component of the program was obtained as 0.81 and 1, respectively. Finally, the average content validity index for the whole program was 0.95. The results showed that the meta-diagnostic intervention based on the lived experiences of adolescents based on nomophobia has good form and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational, clinical and research applications.
