Due to the expansion of industrialization and development of technology which focuses on quantitative aspect of human life and also due to the ignorance from qualitative aspects of human life, in these recent decade life quality has been mainly considered by western human scientists and thinkers. The goal of this research is to investigate and compare life quality in 3 dimensions which are  social, economic and somatic one and 17 indicators through Shannon Entropy in Juybar neighborhoods.in this respect, in order to eliminate differences of scale among indicators and calculate mixed indicator, standardization method has been used. Also TOPSIS model has been used as a multi-criteria decision making method. The results obtained from this study shows that the Juybar’s decuple neighborhoods have been divided to 3 groups of less possessed (poor), semi-possessed and well possessed (wealthy). In Juybar city Bala Mahale and Taze Abad neighborhoods are considered as less possessed, Heydar Abad, Javan Mahale, Baghban Mahale and Shahrake Sepah neighborhoods are considered as semi-possessed and Kalagar Mahale, Seraj Kala, Kord Mahale and Faghih Mahale neighborhoods are considered as well possessed.at the end by using GIS software, adequate map for each of these levels was drawn. It is essential to achieve sustainable development and a comprehensive evaluation plan relying on the natural environment. Land capability analysis for urban development is one of the main issues that urban planners are dealing with it. The present method is descriptive - analytic. Determine the best site for the development of Tabriz, the model that used in this study is analytic network process (ANP), is used to determine the relative weight of each criterion. The results shows that central and Eastern zone of Tabriz best place to developments, Northern and southern zone is considered to be inappropriate. Manuscript profile

Also Soumae Sara in 6% unresist house, has had 13% Loan share. The research results indicate that in the last decade, house loan has an effective role on county rural areas house resist making, but house Loan distribution is not proportional to rural house resist making requirement and validities has not been suitable. This paper aims to analyze the development trend of urban hierarchy in Khuzestan province over past 60 years (1951-2011), identify causal relations and determine the degree of variation in urbanization and possible spatial discrepancy existing among the cities of the province. Using analytical- descriptive method as well as such models as first urban index, neighbor, entropy and class difference, it also examines, as case study, the influential factors on Khuzestan's urban network system. The results show that the urban network of the province has been undergone severe changes in term of first urban index over different periods of time, meaning that it has an unbalanced urban hierarchy and  Ahvaz represents first city amongst other ones in the province. Also,  the Khuzestan province  is skewed at balance of 1.66 in term of nearest neighbor index. The entropy coefficient is less than 1 at most of the study periods, representing more localization or unbalanced population distribution among the province's cities. With regard to class difference model, the population distribution at the cities has been of disruption and disparity over study period of time. It is due to political, administrative and economical centralization of Ahvaz and to soil fertility and antiquity of Dezful city that have attracted the majority of the people. Manuscript profile

This study seeks to assess the extent and performance of environmental projects and proposals in the Rural and then assess the participation and consent of the inhabitants of the environmental projects plan. This research is descriptive. The population of the villages Sarepolezahab county.  Two villages were selected as the Gharebelagh Azam and Sarabeleh villages with a sample size of 108 households and data for this study were collected using two methods of field study and library. Our results indicated that environmental variables, satisfaction and participation in the plan has not been successful in the study villages. Environmental indicators out plan is less than 3and thus can be said that plan has not been successful in the study villages. Restrictions / guidelines: Failure to cooperate in providing information on housing, Lack of financial resources to fund the project, Statistical information is not sufficient, The unavailability plan on housing in the countryside in the county, and distance villages. Environmental and ecological characteristics of the area and plan according to its characteristics, Use of public participation in the preparation and implementation of projects, particularly in the environment.  Because of Rural Studies paid less environmental impact, this study can produce results that will be useful for researchers and professionals related with rural studies. The optimal distribution and positioning of fire stations is of vital significance due to the increasing magnitude and consideration given to the issue of safety in cities and providing arrangements with the aim of hampering and preventing variant incidents. Therefore, the main aim of undertaking such a research is to assess and present an optimal model for positioning with the aim of establishing fire stations across the town of Kermanshah through the agency of GIS. This is an application-oriented kind of research being undertaken through descriptive-analytical methods. Given the state of the town of Kermanshah, such criteria as population density, being in the vicinity of street networks, the radius of coverage given by fire stations, the usage of compatible and incompatible lands have been utilized in the form of a model integrating AHP and GIS together. The results of the research demonstrate that a major portion of the town of Kermanshah lies beyond the operational scope of fire stations, in such a way that 33.54% of the population of the town of Kermanshah are deprived of a suitable coverage provided by fire stations. The outcome of applying the integrated model of ArcGIS and AHP with the aim of identifying appropriate sites for establishing fire stations throughout the town of Kermanshah manifests the fact that firstly, considering the five criteria being used in this research, this model has well been capable of prioritizing the scope under study in terms of the need for establishing fire stations and secondly, the regions which hold the first priority in positioning are based around the town of Kermanshah, especially in eastern and northeastern parts. So, as a result, by establishing new fire stations in such regions, the whole of the town of Kermanshah can be given a good coverage Manuscript profile

The research method is descriptive-analytical and to collect information used athletics and documents methods and based on that and according to the statistical society (n = 8415), the sample size was based on a formula Sharp - Cochrane have been 368 people which is randomly distributed in the villages studied. The findings show that maximum impact of guiding plan has been on the supervision of construction and reform and retrofitting rural housing (housing variables) and then facilitate the passage in rural places (roads variables) and the other variables, environmental health and land use not achieved much success and only seen good performance in garbage collection and proper distribution and localization services. In general it can be said guiding plan was effective on Villages physical development but the extent of this impact is different on aspects and different locations, and this is a sign of weakness in preparation or implementation of this plan. The course is recommended allocate sufficient funds ,satisfaction , thereby participation the villagers, development of rural culture ,preservation of land use especially agricultural land, housing principles ,observance terms and privacy policy of village existing roads, village environmental protection to increase the amount of influence. Dire situation of pedestrian in the cities, Lack of attention to the interests of pedestrian paths, and deteriorating network of streets and sidewalks are the issues that have plagued modern cities. This study with the expression of a pedestrian-oriented environment, emphasize on its importance as a model for Relocation in an urban setting. Each application for the renewal and modernization of the pathways that play a major role in the revitalization of cities is create. One of the problems of Zabol city is lack of proper sidewalks throughout the City as only 30% of the city sidewalks is useful for traffic. It is imperative that the need to address this issue. To become a sustainable city and anthropocentrism, in order to be active citizens. Descriptive and analytical research and with Using Vikor model 320 people in Zabol has been studied as an example. In the process of doing that, the weights calculated using analytical hierarchy process AHP, set priorities for improvement and modernization of Zabol sidewalks are clear. Our findings indicate that the situation in Zabol city sidewalks indicators presented in this study and the ideal of 100% good condition, 37% of the allocated number that are at a disadvantage in this respect.
