Then, the method of data processing, how to verify the validity, reliability and standardization of the research questionnaire, etc. should be mentioned. Therefore, it is necessary and essential to use reliable sources with correct and accessible data. The exact address of the sources should be given. If sampling is used, it is necessary to mention the sampling method, the reason for its use and the method of selecting the number of samples in quantitative and qualitative terms. It is reminded that in this section, additional and unnecessary explanations that have an educational aspect should be avoided. Also, the data measurement and analysis tools, indicators and research variables should be mentioned.

    - In this section, it is necessary to mention all models, methods and algorithms (mathematical relations) used in the research. The author is required to number the mathematical relations as follows, provide the necessary explanations and references.

    - All relations should be typed in special software that is also available in Word. Avoid copying and pasting formulas and relations in reverse.

If tables and figures are taken from other sources, the source should be mentioned below the tables and figures. At the same time, tables, maps, diagrams and figures produced by the author or authors should not be referenced to the author or authors until their source is given. For example (Source: Authors' Studies, 2016). Tables should also be prepared and arranged in a completely simple way and color formatting should not be used in them (Table Grid format should be used). The titles of the tables should be given as Table 1, Table 2, etc., and in B Lotus10 Regular font (simple and bold) above them.

    - Avoid bringing non-standard and low-quality maps (such as maps prepared in Paint software and the like). All maps must be prepared in one of the GIS software and with the quality and standards of a geographical map (with a coordinate system, guide, direction, scale, etc.) and exported with high resolution. And they must be referred to in the text.

    Discussion and presentation of findings:

    - The author can use one of the words discussion or discussions and findings. In accordance with the content of the discussions and findings of each article, the author can title the discussions and findings themselves. (Abstain from numbering the titles; therefore, do not implement a thesis or dissertation format in this section).

Immediately at the end of the conclusion, the author can present his suggestions based on the research results and away from generalizations in the form of a heading. Do not give the suggestions a separate heading; rather, bring it connected to the conclusion.

    - Avoid transferring and copying and pasting repetitive materials, figures, and tables in the discussions and findings to the conclusion section. The author can present the results and also the suggestions in the form of a heading in a smaller size than the normal size of the main text.

    References and references:

    - References and references should be mentioned in-text and also at the end of the article.

    - The list of references should be given on the page after the conclusion. In the reference list section, all references that are included in the text should be typed in Latin and translated (in Persian) systematically and based on the Latin alphabet with Times New Roman 11 font.

The reference style within the article should be in APA or Chicago style and the sources cited in the text should be included in parentheses with the surname, year of publication and page number.

All internal and end references of the article should be matched to the internal and end references of the text and should be corrected and written in Latin. Please ensure that all Persian sources have been translated into English and the APA format for sources has been observed.

Also, the doi code is required for all end references.

For example: (Rezvani, 2016: 47). Or (Tacoli, 2011: 6-7). With font number 11.

For a source with two authors: (Ebrahimzadeh and Mosavi, 2013: 8) or (Rondinelli & Johnson, 2013: 6).

For a source with more than two authors: (Shakoor et al, 2018: 12)

or (Richard et al, 2016: 754).

    - In the method of presenting sources and references at the end of the article as follows:

    A. For a book: last name, name of the author(s), (year of publication): book title, volume number, publisher name, edition, place of publication.

    Example of a book:

Fritsch, M. (2002). Measuring the quality of regional innovation systems: a knowledge productionfunction approach. International Regional Science Review, 25(1), pp: 86-101.

    B. For a publication: last name, name of the author(s) (year of publication): "Article title", name of the publication, volume, place of publication, pages.

    Example of a publication:

Ali Ahmadi, Alireza., Monajemzadeh, Sayed Saeed., Sadeghi, Mohammad-Ebrahim and Nozari, Hamed (2012). "Forming a Framework for the Development of Regional Innovation Systems Based on the Successful Experiences of Other Countries", Tomorrow's Management Research Journal. 2(33), 5-16.

    English example of the publication:

    - Coppola, E. and F. Giorgi, (2010): An assessment of temperature and precipitation change projections over Italy from recent global and regional climate model simulations. International Journal of Climatology, 30, pp: 11-32.

    - If using internet sources, in addition to observing the method of citing the source explained, the internet address of the source should also be given, and then the date of internet access should be stated in parentheses.

    - The method of listing sources and references in the list of references will be in alphabetical order and the minimum number of sources used should not be less than 20 sources.

    - Note: In case of using student theses or dissertations, it is mandatory to mention the name of the supervisor and advisor, the title of the field and the name of the relevant university.

    - Articles taken from student theses and dissertations will be published together with the names of the supervisor, advisors and the student and under the responsibility of the supervisor.

    - The respected author must mention this point at the end of the article if he/she uses financial resources from universities or specific government organizations. Also, the author should mention the gratitude or appreciation to the financial or moral sponsor on the last page of the conclusion of the article.

    - Rejected or withdrawn articles will be removed from the journal's archive after three months and the journal will not be responsible in this regard.

    Extended English Abstract:

    - The English abstract should be typed at the end of the article (after the list of references) and on a separate page and in the following format. Of course, it is necessary to explain that in the main file of the article, which should be without the names of the authors, the names and affiliations of the authors should be removed from the beginning of the abstracts and inside the figures and tables.

Also, for the journal to be indexed in international databases, it is necessary for the Extended Abstract, and the full English abstract to be between 950 and 1100 words and contain Introduction, Methodology, Results and discussion, Conclusion, so that it can be published separately. There is no need to send these two files (extended Persian and English abstracts) when initially submitting the article to the journal. Once the article has been approved and accepted by the esteemed reviewers and the final publishable file has been requested from you through the journal administration, you will need to send these two files.
