Abstract :
This research has been developed with the aim of validating the biorhythm model using self-expression scores in high school students in Yasuj. The research method in this study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population in this study included all high school male and female high school students in Yasuj city, which included 22 high schools and 36,000 male and female high school students were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling. In order to collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire made by Buryatim Kharamin (1397) and Bioritem software were used, and for analysis and statistical analysis at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient method was used. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between physical, emotional, perceptual performance index of biorhythm and physical, emotional, perceptual self-assessment performance index. The results of this study showed that cycles of biorhythm in people are effective in expressing people's daily feelings and moods. Therefore, by educating and informing workers about biological rhythms and their effects on mental, emotional, physical, etc., each person can make changes in their work schedule on days when they feel they are not physically or mentally fit. To prevent possible accidents as much as possible.
