The 'dialogue democracy' is a 20th century theory claimed by German philosopher and sociologist Jurgen Habermas. This dialog is formed in a 'general domain' with the 'free participation of talented citizens'. Its interaction toll is 'general communicative language', and it is conducted to arrive at 'understanding' or 'acceptance of better argumentation'. Habermas' theory has gained its reputation as the 'communicative act' in the contemporary political literature. In the figurative story of 'Lion and Nakhjiran', Molavi outlines a negotiation which is comparable with that theory. As such, the present article, first deals briefly with concepts such as 'critical theory of Habermas', 'general domain' ,   as well as the 'general communicative language'. Then, through the analysis of the negotiations made in the story of Lion and Nakhjiran, it concludes that; the first negotiation is more compatible with Habermas' dialog democracy, and as the story goes ahead, its communicative act decreases and its political and strategic shades become stronger. Mathnavi – Ma'navi is the most innovative and wonderful work in classic Persian literature because of its new narrative strategies. These special strategies that jalal al-Din Rumi used in the narration of the tales that found In other Persian literature books before Mathnavi, have some resemblances with modern or postmodern narratives. One of these innovative narratives in Mathnavi is the fiction of "Pir e Changi" (the oldman who plays harp). Rumi has presented this fiction with many changes and so this narrative is not in the original form as mentioned in "Asrar al Tawhid (the mystery of Unification) by Mohammad ibn Monavvar. In this article this tale from mathnavi has been studied in the field of postmodern criticism by the theory of Brian Mchale. The result shows that we can find the evidences of postmodern fictions as: death of the author, autonomy of characters, the end of metafictions, open ending and the combination of parallel worlds. Nowadays, short story is considered the most important literary genre after poetry which gained popularity among people. As a technical story, short story involves elements such as plot, character, conflict, time and place, point of view and so on which all of them serve theme in organized and harmonic way. This research investigates the story elements in the story of “Twenty hours between dream and reality” by Samad Behrangi. Most of his stories are realistic. He has illustrated objective issues and problems of the poor and inferior class of the society in realistic way. In this article, the samples of the story elements have been presented besides brief explaining of the technical elements in the story “Twenty hours between dream and reality”. The results revealed that this story as one of the most effective and outstanding stories of Beharangi could succeed in admirable illustration of the homeless and street children by employing story elements.
