Abstract :
“Wisdom is one of the most important conceptual and lexical elements in the realm of Persian literature. It possesses both universal and introspective approaches in the poetry of sage poets and mystics, undergoing political, social, cultural, and linguistic evolution. Allegory is the language of truth, through which the pure beliefs and thoughts of sages and mystics become tangible for the audience. In this research, through a library-based method and an analytical-descriptive approach, the allegorical structure of wisdom in the Kheradnameh-ye Eskandari is analyzed. To achieve this, the divans of sage and mystic poets before Jami were examined to determine the difference between wisdom (kherad) and intellect (aql) and the evolution of these two concepts from a political, social, cultural, and linguistic point of view. In the second stage, how Jami explains, analyzes, and distinguishes the different types of wisdom in the form of allegory was presented. Finally, the allegory of different types of wisdom in Kheradnameh-ye Eskandari was analyzed. In Jami’s Kheradnameh-ye Eskandari, wisdom is a multifaceted concept that includes practical, ethical, theoretical, mystical, and political dimensions. It has both philosophical and mystical paths, and is expressed with a guiding function towards establishing justice.
