In order to study the yield and correlation between traits of cotton varieties in Moghan region according to their cultivation date, an experiment was performed on 10 varieties of cotton in a randomized complete block design with three replications in 2013-2014 planting year in the farm of Ardebil Research Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources (Moghan). In this experiment, different characteristics of the two spring planting (15 May) and summer planting (21 June) survey and data obtained were statistically analyzed. The results from compound data analysis revealed that, all the traits under study except plant height, as affected by date planting. The interaction effect of planting date × variety was significant for all traits except plant height and second term harvesting. Maximum of first and second term harvesting were obtained jointly at Mehr, Avangard, Sp-731, Sp-732, No.210×spring planting and Mehr, Avangard, Sp-731, Sp-732 × summer planting, respectively. Minimum of these tow traits were obtained at Crema, Sp-731, No.200, No. 228, JR-3, No.210, No.001× summer planting. Maximum of total yield, Balls number and prematurity percentage, were observed in Sp-732, No.001, Mehr, Sp-731, No.001×spring planting, jointly. Also minimum of these traits were obtained at No.210, No.200, Sp-731× summer planting, respectively. Maximum and minimum of plant height were observed in No.001 × spring planting and Sp-732 × summer planting, respectively. Among ten cotton varieties, maximum of yield belonged to Sp-731, Avangard and Sp-732, jointly. Manuscript profile

In order to investigate the effect of plant growth promotiong rhizobacteria (PGPR) on yield and yield components of seed tubers of cultivation mini-tubers Potato, a Factorial experiment was caried out by based on complete randomized design at agriculurtal and natural resources research staition of Ardabil in 2016. The First factor included mini-tubers of three cultivars of potato: Agria, Khavaran, and Marfona:,The second factor included four treatments of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) (Azospirillum, Seudomonas and combination of two bacteria). Results showed that interaction of experimental factors was significant for all traits except biological yield and tuber diameter. Maximum of tuber yiled was observed in interaction effect of application of tow bacteria × cultivars. That did not have significant difference with cultivars of Agria and Khavaran. Maximum of number and weight of tuber were observed at Marfona×two bacteria. Maximum of tuber diameter was observed at Marfona. Maximum of plant height and number of main branch were observed at Agria, Khavaran and Azospirillum× Seudomonas bacteria. Maximium of biological yield was observed at combination of two bacteria. Minimum of this trait was observed in treatment without insemination. Maximum numbers of days to emergencation, number of days to stolon, formation, number of days to tuberization were obtined in Marfona and condition of application Azospirillum. Minimum of those traits were observed in Khavaran and condition whithout insemination. Manuscript profile

In order to survey the impact of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria and nitrogen fertilizer on growth, yield and remobilization of photosynthetic dry matter in barley, a two-year factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design with three replicates was carried out on barley cultivar LB-IRAN, at the research farm of the Islamic Azad University, Ardabil branch, Ardabil, Iran, in two consecutive years of 2019 and 2020 cropping years. First factor included five nitrogen levels: 0 (control), 25, 50, 75, 100 kg/ha net nitrogen, and second factor contained grain inoculations with four bacteria: no inoculation (control), Azotobacter crococcum strain 5, Azospirillum lipoferum strain of, and combination of the two mentioned bacteria. Fertilization was performed at planting, tillering, and grain filling stages. Results revealed that most of the studied traits were significant. Nitrogen rate increment resulted in the higher rates of the above mentioned traits so that 100 kg/ha nitrogen significantly showed the highest amounts while control caused the lowest ones. Combined treatment of the bacteria resulted in the higher rates compared to the single bacteria, and control showed the lowest amounts. Also, it was observed that application of 100 kg/ha nitrogen on Azotobacter crococcum strain 5, and Azospirillum lipoferum strain of resulted in the lowest rate of dry matter remobilization from stem and whole plant to the grain, and contribution of dry matter remobilization from stem and whole plant to the grain while, control treatments of nitrogen and of PGPRs caused the highest rates.
