Presenting and validating the model of education and training staff empowerment with the performance improvement approach

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of presenting and evaluating the model of empowering education and training, by improving performance, in education and training of East Azarbaijan province. The type of research is descriptive-survey which was done with a purpose, development and mixed subject. In the qualitative part, among the statistical population of 2100 people, university professors and educators of East Azerbaijan, 20 people were selected in a purposeful way and semi-structured interviews were conducted until reaching the theoretical saturation level that was achieved in interview 14, and the data were collected after It was analyzed by thematic analysis method. In the quantitative part, using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling method, 324 people were determined as a sample from the statistical population of 2100 education managers and experts in East Azarbaijan province. And the data was collected from them by questionnaire and analyzed using structural equations. The findings showed that four overarching themes; Organizational support, capacity building of employees, collaborative organizational culture, improvement of employee performance with sixteen organizing themes, formed the network of themes of the model of empowerment of education and training employees with the approach of improving performance. And it was approved by professors and education managers. The amount of factor loadings obtained also confirmed its appropriate fit, as a result, the obtained model has the necessary validity to be implemented in education.
