Abstract :

Six Sigma methodology is a process-oriented method with an emphasis on results and effectiveness, based on improving the quality of products, services and processes. In our country, with other industrial and service centers, the high power of these tools has been discovered and implemented quickly by exchanging information with other organizations and industrial centers in the world. The effective use of Lean Six Sigma in the automotive industry. The current research is applied in terms of method and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The data collection tool is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The statistical community of the research includes the automobile industry and because it is from all the experts of this research for sampling. The factors produced from the subject of literature after refining by experts were divided into seven categories of process, environmental, economic, cultural, individual, motivational and managerial factors. Using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis technique of prioritization, people were finally ranked first. Finally, practical suggestions for the industry were presented
