Abstract :
In this article, first a two level linear programming problem in which both of production (upper level) and service (lower level) companies maximizes their profits was formulated, and a satisfactory solution satisfying the minimal satisfactory level of the upper level company and maximizing the satisfactory degree of lower level company by applying the interactive fuzzy programming for two level linear programming problems to the production and service sectors was developed. Second, formulating a two level linear fractional programming problem in which the two companies maximize the profitability represented by the ratio of profit to sales, the interactive fuzzy programming for two level linear fractional programming problems applied to the profitability maximization problem. From the fact that there exists a possibility that maximization of the profitability would reduce the scale of the business, formulating the problems on production and service as the profit maximization problem is recommended. Through interactive process of the fuzzy programming for two level programming problems, the Production Company and Service Company can attain a satisfactory solution for planning of the production and service workforce assignment. As for the satisfactory (final) solutions, because the upper level specifies the minimal satisfactory level of itself, the characteristics of the upper level company can be seen rather than those of the lower level company.
