Abstract :
This study is conducted to investigate the structural pattern of transformational leadership with employee creativity and organizational innovation considering the mediating role of creative self-efficacy. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population (271 people) of this study includes the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Shiraz. To select the sample size, a sample of 160 people was randomly selected using Cochran's formula. To measure the transformational leadership, the Bass and Avolio (2000) Questionnaire, Creative Self-Efficacy (Karowski et al., 2011) were used; to measure organizational innovation, Kamigen and Villar (2014) questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its composite reliability and validity were evaluated by construct and content validity. The research hypotheses were analyzed using Smart PLS structural equation modeling technique. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant relationship with creativity and creative self-efficacy. Creative self-efficacy has also a positive and significant relationship with creativity; creativity has a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation as well. In general, the obtained results show that the model used has a good fit.
