Structural Equation Model Testing the Impact of Ethical Leadership on the Behavioral Consequences of Spirituality in the Workplace with the Fundamental Role of Organizational Social Responsibility of the Staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi

Abstract :
The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of testing the structural equation model of the effect of moral leadership on the behavioral consequences of spirituality in the workplace with the fundamental role of organizational social responsibility. The method of the present study is a field study. The present study is one of the applied researches. The statistical population of the present study included the staff of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Khorasan Razavi Province, whose number was determined to be 300 after surveys. According to the Cochran sample size formula, 169 people were identified as the research sample. Finally, after distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 147 questionnaires were analyzed. The sampling method in the present study was random. The data collection tool of the present study was a standard questionnaire. In the inferential statistics section, the structural equation method was used. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS and PLS software. According to the results of the research model, it was found that according to the degree of t-relationships, it was found that organizational social responsibility has a mediating role on the relationship between moral leadership and behavioral consequences of spirituality in the workplace.
