The aim of this paper is examine the moderating role of organization commitment, organization climate and job satisfaction as organization internal factors on the relationshipbetween organizational citizenship behavior and organization performance, using organ’s modelin Tehran general office of physical educations. Organizational citizenship behavior is a usefulset of behavior that is not listed in the job description but employees perform it while doingtheir tasks to help others. The method used in this paper is cross- sectional survey. The requiredin formation for the research were gathered in two ways: Library and questionnaire. Thestatistical population of the research are the employees of Tehran general office of physicaleducation(472),from them 147 employees were selected randomly as sample. Spss was used toanalyze data and to study the relationship between variables hierarchical regression analyze wasused. In this research, it has been attempted to model the production line of reinforcement barsusing discrete simulation modeling to determine the number of cranes required, considering therelevant factors such as, production line speed, failure rates of each machine and the spacerequirement. To achieve this, the production process was first investigated and an appropriatesimulation model was formulated using the Enterprise Dynamics (ED) simulation package. Therelevant data were then collected for each entity through time study. The sample size and thestatistical distributions were identified. To check for model validation, the simulation resultswere compared with actual data using statistical tests. To determine the desired number ofcranes and improve the production line performance, three indices i.e. output rate, productivityfactor and mean waiting time were determined through expert opinion and eight differentlayouts were constructed as alternatives considering the space constraint. All three indices weredetermined through simulation taking a reproducible approach. The weights of the criteria werecomputed using the Entropy technique and the alternatives were ranked using the TOPSISmethodology Manuscript profile

This research empirically examines association between IT investment and Tehran stockmarket firm financial performance. This research to study of financial performance, adopts towtypes of measurement, namely return on asset (ROA) and return on sales (ROS) and ITcapability are classified in three groups as IT infrastructure, human-IT resource and IT-enabledintangibles.In this study, we focus on enterprises which have listed on the Tehran stock market thatselected by group sampling method and based industrial group’s bourse firms that selected 79firms. In the study used by questionnaire and used spss software to data analyze and correlationship statistics testes. The results suggest that IT investment has positive contribution to IT capability and ITinfrastructure have positive contribution to IT-enabled intangibles but human-IT resource didn’tindicate relationship with IT-enabled intangibles. In this paper, relationship between earning persistence and accrual Reliability is studied. Atfirst a comprehensive balance sheet categorization of accruals is presented and then eachcategory according to the reliability of the underlying accruals is classified. The statistical population of this paper includes all the accepted companies in Tehran stockexchange and statistical sample contains 70 companies that have been chosen by stratifiedrandom sampling among statistical population, a period from 2002-2008. This paper includes 4hypotheses. To examine the hypothesis, panel analysis has been used. The results indicate thatless reliable categories of accruals lead to lower earning persistence and those investors do notfully anticipate the lower earning persistence, leading to significant security mispricing.
