  In this  article , prior indexes  for  accessing  equal  opportunities  are  evaluated  for  development  of  Iran  vocational  education . In this  sense , through  social  indexes  and  classifying  their  kinds , the  problem  of  accessing  opportunities  in  development  of  high  education  is  analyzed  and  after  that  the  development  necessities  of  vocational  education  are  shown  and  development  results  of  this  training  without  regarding  equal  opportunities  is  evaluated  and  analyzed . At  last , by  considering  the  special  sense  of  vocational  education  system  of Iran , measurement  indexes  of  inequalities  in  development  of  high  education  is  specified  and  classified  into  4  main  categories . According  to  the  objective  of  this  research , the  development  indexes  of  prioritizing  methodology  of  vocational  education  from  the  point  of  view  of  equal  access  to  educational  opportunities  is  presented , and  finally , by  determining  prior  indexes , it  will  be  possible  to  measure  prior  country  areas  for  establishing  vocational  universities .   Technical  trading  analysis  and  fundamental  analysis  are  two  views   about  stock  price  prediction . In this  work , I  focus  technical  analysis . Technicians  believe  that  they  can  predict  stock  prices  and  earn  excess  profits . This  work  is  separated  in  to  two  parts : The  first  part  will  ask  if  predictable  patterns  in  stock  prices  exist  as  technical  traders  sumise , or  if  these  patterns  are  spurious  as  fundamental  analysis  would  hypothesize . The  second  part  will  ask  if  profit  can  be  consistently  made  according  to the  technical  trader’s  rule  for  pattern  trading , or  if  these  profits  are  inconsistent  to  evaluate  the  first  part , this  work  uses  a  Monte  Carlo  experiment  the  number  of  times  three  technical  trading  patterns  are  found  in  actual  stock  price  series  to  the  number  of  times  these  patterns  are  found  in  randomly – generated  series  chosen  to  mimic  the  actual  stock  series . To  evaluate  the  second  part , these  works  calculate  the  return  gained  from  following  technical  trading  regarding  the  patterns . The  evidence  shows  that  rectangle  pattern  can  not  use  in  stock  price  prediction  in Tehran  Security  Exchange .   There are  many  definitions  about  economy . According  to  one of  the  famous  accepted  definitions , economic  laws  have  classified  to two  groups. Both  of  them  are  influenced  by  social  structure  and  it’s  changes  so  they  are  different  in  various  societies . Movement  from  one  society   to  another  happens  due  to “intellectualize” , principal  maximum  production  with  minimum  cost . This  process  continues  until  we  enter  a post  industrial  information  society . Many  wonderful  changes  creats  in  kind  and  form of  organizations  and  nature  of  work  and  employment  when  IT  grows  and  spreads  in  various  levels  and  dimensions  of  human  life . E- commerce  is  a  concept  that  includes  various  compilations  in  new  societies  and  the  most  comprehensive  concept  in  information  epoch . Surely , people  must  play  another  role  in  this  process  so  the  must  earn  abilities  different  from  which  to  be  successful  in  societies  before . In  any  period  of  business  history , special  structures  conguer  in  organizations  depending  on  it’s  nature . Cellular  and  virtual  structures  are  under  consideration  in present  societies  due  to  the  special  particular . In  this  article , we  point  to  the  especialities   of  these  two  structures  and  explain  the  process  of  forming  virtual  organizations  and  how  to  select  employees  in  these  organizations  completely .  it’s   certain  that  economic  position  of  Iran  influences  by  economic  changes  in  the  world  and  also  effects  on it .  in  principle , any  country  can’t  act  personally  in  an  international  level  with  present  conditions .   Utilizing  the  fuzzy  logic  has  already  been  put  into  practice  in the  operational  process  of the  machines . Since  the  function  of  these  machines  depends  on  their  failure  condition , utilizing  the  fuzzy  logic  in reliability  engineering  of  machines  ant  their  operations  is  also  unexpected . Since  now , the  investigations  have  been  done  according  to  the  fitnees  of  different  reliability  functions  on  the  basis  of  binary  logic , and  the  machines  were  considered  either  completely  active  or  completely  out  of  order . But  the  mal  functional  conditions  between  these  two  conditions  have  not  been  significant , although  these  conditions  especially  in  mechanical  machines  are  inevitable . This  paper  with  a  simple  attitude  towards  thd  fuzzy  logic , uses  it  in  estimating  the  related  reliability  functions  and  has  also  introduced  concepts  of  accuracy , the  belief  of  probability  and  the truth  of  the  reliability  greater  in  these  conditions .   The  recent  literature  suggestes  a  potential  tension  market  orientation  between  and  entrepreneurial  proclivity  in  achieving  superior  business  performance . This  is  unsettling  for  marketers , because  it  could  mean  that  being  market  oriented  is  detrimental  to  a  firm  that  is  also  trying  to  be  entrepreneurial  and  successful . To  examine  this  unnerving  potential , the  authors  investigate  structural  influences  (both  direct  and  indirect ) of  entrepreneurial  proclivity  and  market  orientation  on  business  performance . The  results  indicate  that  entrepreneurial  proclivity  has  not  a positive  and  direct  relationship  on  market  orientation  but  also  an  indirect  and  positive  effect  on  market  orientation  through  the  reduction  of  departmentalization . The results  also  suggest  that  entrepreneurial  proclivity  s performance  influence  is  positive  when  mediated  by  market  orientation , but  negative  or  nonsignificant  when  not mediated  by  market  orientation .
