Identifying the Influential Factors on an Islamic-Iranian Model of Human Resource Development in Governmental Sector with Aspect of future studies

Abstract :
Since the development of human resource in every organization is significant, this paper aims to identify the influential and effective factors on public policies of administrative system as well as considering its future studies. The participants of the present study are the governmental organizational. Due to the large number of members in each sample participants, random selection method was employed to select the required participant's i.e 174 participants.Structural Equation Modeling in Amos Graphics software utilized to examine and test conceptual model of the research. The Data analysis shows that the infrastructure variables, the Islamic and environmental values have direct effect on the development of Islamic-Iranian. The analysis also reveals that the development of Islamic-Iranian has direct influence on the alignment of the attitude and output of human resource in governmental organization.In this way, the conceptual model was extracted and then the hypothesis were made and tested. Next, by means of open coding the obtained information of qualitative interview with purposeful sampling, the main model of research with systematic view to the development of human resource in organizational governments were presented. The present model is relevant to the eleven policy of administrative system suggested by the leader of Islamic Revolutionary of Iran.
