Abstract :
The importance and need for systematic evaluation of potential export markets has been emphasized by many researchers and several models have been prescribed. Considering the business structure and Iran's position in international trade, the unique complexities of petrochemical products and little research in Iran, the current patterns need to be changed and conform to the realities of Iran's international trade and marketing. The present study has been carried out with the aim of identifying the determining dimensions, influencing factors and the attractive consequences of the export target markets of polyolefin products in the petrochemical industry of Iran, and a model has been developed that is suitable for the current conditions of the petrochemical industry in Iran. According to the nature of the problem, qualitative inductive reasoning approach was chosen and the data was collected, coded and theoretically saturated through in-depth interviews with 10 experts (top managers of the country's petrochemical industry) and the analysis was done using Foundation data theory and MaxQDA software were performed.
