Abstract :
Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of organizational intelligence with a focus on reforming the administrative system.
Methods: The information needed for the research to provide the model was collected from among experts, i.e. 17 professors, managers and assistants of information technology of government organizations with at least ten years of work experience in the public sector with relevant work experience and relevant educational qualifications. In this research, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), a model was designed in line with the research title.
Conclusion: The components of organizational intelligence include work process improvement, performance monitoring and evaluation, cost and time reduction, and corruption prevention factors. Work process improvement factors include the use of artificial intelligence, management information systems, increasing the speed of administrative processes and intelligent decision-making, along with monitoring and performance evaluation factors, including data analysis, employee performance evaluation, and performance transparency, along with cost and time reduction factors, including the use of smart technology. , sharing knowledge and preventing wastage of resources along with corruption prevention factors including smart financial systems, transparent access to information and reward system based on efficiency leading to the reform of the administrative system including upgrading the performance evaluation system, developing human resources, establishing organizational culture, increasing justice And discrimination is eliminated
