Presenting a green human resources strategy model in the Workers' Welfare Bank with a future approach

Abstract :
Foresight and transformation of possible alternatives and scenarios in the future of human resources in the banking industry is the main purpose of this study. In terms of purpose, this research is of the type of analytical future research. In terms of how to collect and type of data is a combination. In the first stage of the research, which is based on qualitative method, the statistical population is all experts and experts in the field of human resource management (organizational and academic experts) that finally 10 people were selected as an expert group using purposive or judgmental sampling. In a quantitative stage, the statistical population of the study consisted of all managers and planners of the Workers' Welfare Bank in Greater Tehran Province. Using Morgan sample size determination table, 338 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling. The collected data are analyzed in the qualitative stage by the method of directional and analytical content analysis and then based on the open, axial and selective coding method in a comparative manner and in the quantitative stage using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the green human resources strategy model in the Workers' Welfare Bank has three levels and twelve components. Individual strategies include green attitude, green knowledge and green motivation, team strategies including green team participation, team building. Green Homes, Green Team Leadership, Green Team Engagement, and Organizational Strategies include Green Recruitment, Green Training and Development, Green Performance Management, Green Discipline, and Green Work Environment.
