Abstract :
ئئوA healthy and efficient administrative system is the main factor to development programs, and competent human resources play a key role in achieving the administrative integrity. electronic recruitment through having hardware, software configurations and electronic computer network resources reduces organizational time and costs, improves effective communication and creates transparency; And by focusing on the selection and hiring of competent employees, it reduct administrative corruption and develop administrative integrity. The purpose of this research is to identify the indicators of the E-recruitment to improve the administrative integrity in the National Iranian Oil Company. This research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach and the theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. The statistical population includes 15 National Iranian Oil Company experts, who were selected by purposeful sampling. To identify the indicators and design the research model, a semi-structured interview method was used and coding was done through MAXQDA2020 software. Reliability was measured using the test-retest method and validity through four credibility criteria, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The indicators of the e-recruitment system to improve administrative integrity were extracted in the form of 7 main themes, 17 sub-themes and 42 concepts. E-recruitment system in the National Iranian Oil Company leads to develop of the administrative integrity if it has the following criteria: comprehensive and integrated electronic system, management support, competence, transparency, rule of law, justice-oriented and responsiveness.
