Authors' Guide
- Article Acceptance Conditions
- The content of the article must align with the aims and scope of the journal.
- The article must be scientific and research-based in nature.
- It must be the result of the author’s or authors’ own studies, experiences, and research.
- The article must not have been previously published in any national or international journals, seminar proceedings, or scientific conferences, nor be under review elsewhere.
- The final Word and PDF files of the article, along with a completed originality declaration form, must be sent to the journal’s email. The originality form can be downloaded from the journal website or requested via the editorial office.
Initial Submission Formatting Requirements
- Articles must be typed on one side of A4-sized paper.
- Pages must be numbered sequentially and uploaded to the journal’s website.
- Articles must be prepared in Microsoft Word according to the formatting template provided and must not exceed 15 pages in total.
- Page setup:
- Paper Size: A4
- Margins: Top = 3 cm, Bottom = 2 cm, Left = 2.5 cm, Right = 2.5 cm
Author and Correspondence Details
- Authors’ names must be arranged by the authors themselves.
- The corresponding author must be clearly identified and their academic email address must be provided.
Abstract and Keywords
- The Persian abstract must be 250–300 words and include the research hypothesis and findings.
- The English extended abstract must be 500–550 words, placed at the end of the main article file. A sample abstract format is available in the Author Guidelines section of the journal website.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 words, placed right after the abstract.

Tables, Figures, and Charts
- All visuals must be clear and printable, numbered in sequence.
- Table titles should appear above the table; Figure and chart titles should appear below.
- Follow the designated font sizes for captions (see table above).
Use of Non-Persian Words
- Avoid using non-Persian words (English, Arabic, etc.) if an approved Persian equivalent exists.
- If no proper Persian equivalent exists, include the foreign term in a footnote with the appropriate font size:
- B Mitra 10 (Persian), Times New Roman 8 (English)
References Format
- References must be alphabetically ordered:
- First: All Persian sources
- Then: All English sources
- Translated Persian sources (listed alphabetically among English references, marked with (in Persian))
Book (Original Language):
Last Name, First Name (Year). Book Title. Publisher, Place of Publication, Edition, Volume, Page Numbers.
Journal Article (Original Language):
Last Name, First Name (Year). “Article Title.” Journal Name, Issue Number, Publisher, Month/Season, Page Numbers.
Persian Book (Authored/Translated):
Last Name, First Name. Book Title. Translator’s Name (omit if authored), Publisher, Place, Year, Edition, Volume, Pages.
Persian Journal Article:
Last Name, First Name. “Article Title.” Journal Name, Publisher, Volume, Month/Season, Page Numbers.
Online Resources:
- eBooks: Author Name. Book Title. Publisher, Location, Date, URL, Access Date.
- Online Articles: Author Name. “Title.” Journal Name, Volume, Issue, Date, [Online], URL, Access Date.

Additional Notes
- The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or revise any submitted article.
- Submissions will not be returned, regardless of acceptance status.
- Final acceptance is subject to peer review and official written confirmation.
- Content responsibility lies solely with the authors, not the editorial board.
- After acceptance, the author must submit the final formatted version within 10 days.
- Article structure must follow:
Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Theoretical Framework, Discussion, Findings, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, Conflict of Interest, Footnotes, References
Similarity Check Requirement
- Authors must obtain a plagiarism/similarity report via the Sinaweb Hamyab system and upload it at the time of article submission.
- Articles with high similarity scores will not be reviewed.
- The author is responsible for the accuracy of the report, and must cover the cost.
Communication
- All correspondence is conducted via the corresponding author, and they bear full responsibility for all communication and documentation.
