For data analysis, the internal consistency method was used using Cronbach's alpha method, and for construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used. The results of factor analysis showed that the Cronbach& alpha coefficient for the total score of the scale was 0.87 and for the sub-components of presence, awareness of self and others, non-judgmental acceptance and non-reactivity were 0.69, 0.83, 0.69 and 0.72, respectively.
