This model includes the stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison of studies. Research data were obtained by searching the official websites of each of the institutions and searching PubMed, Scopus, SID databases and using the Google Scholar search engine without time limits.
Results: The comparative study of nursing organizations and associations of selected countries, provided us with their various activities, including training courses and providing specialized certificates, registration and introduction of the nursing workforce to the relevant centers, providing the latest union news, determining professional standards, existence of specific programs such as “Magnet Recognition Program”, “Pathway to Excellence”, “Stellar” certification and Staffshifts software.
