The impact of organizational culture on knowledge management with the mediating role of open innovation (Case of study: Nazaja health and treatment department in Tehran province)

Abstract :
Introduction: The knowledge of an organization is its main driving force, and an organizational culture that can discover, refine, update and share this knowledge correctly will steal the lead from its competitors. But the role of innovation and especially open innovators is undeniable. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on knowledge management with the mediating role of open innovation in Nazaja health and treatment department in Tehran province.
Methodology: This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose, and in terms of nature and method, considering that it sought to find relationships between phenomena. The number of statistical sample based on Cochran's formula is 384 employees of these hospitals. Also, the available questionnaires were distributed based on the random sampling method. The data was collected using the standard questionnaire of Lam et al. (2021), whose validity was confirmed by professors and experts and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test. Then, based on the obtained data, the method of correlation coefficient and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses
Findings: The result of the research indicated that the assumptions were accepted at the confidence level of 95%, which showed that the organizational culture on knowledge management was confirmed with the mediating effect of open innovation in the Health and Medical Administration of Nazaja.
Conclusion: Committed human resources are an important factor in organizational success and excellence. On the other hand, culture and its components play a very important and vital role in growth, growth and leap towards excellence based on innovation. In other words, innovation can improve the process and performance of the organization by creating a competitive advantage based on knowledge management processes.
