Abstract :
Lack of attention to mental health in the workplace and a manager with a supportive leadership style can also have negative consequences for organizations. As a result, an authentic approach to leadership has become important in both research and practice areas. Therefore, in this research, the impact of transformational leadership on the use of supportive leadership style has been investigated, taking into consideration the role of mental health of employees in the Blood Transfusion Department of Yasuj. The statistical population of this research consists of 76 employees of the blood transfusion department in Yasuj, and a standard questionnaire was used in this research. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the supportive leadership style in the blood transfusion department of Yasuj, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on mental health at work in the blood transfusion department of Yasuj.
