Designing the Executive Model of Human Resource Management based on Special Competencies in the Social Security Organization

Abstract :
The current research is designed as the design of an executive model of human resource management based on special competencies in social security organizations. A mixed method has been used to analyze and investigate this research. Based on this, the researcher first reviewed the books and articles through scanning, and then according to the information obtained, the items and variables were identified using the MAXQDA software. In the next step, according to the knowledge of these variables, the researcher made a questionnaire and based on the data obtained from the distribution in the statistical sample, he made an inferential analysis, by using the structural equation test, he concluded that the questions were removed and The codes identified from the opinions of experts and the codes extracted from the receipts have been correctly explained and the verification carried out in the total statistical sample shows that the variables have a suitable status. Based on the output of graphs 1 and 2, it can be said that each variable has a different path coefficient, which includes effectiveness and efficiency with a path coefficient of 0.125, managerial abilities 0.645, interpersonal and organizational communication 0.153, experimental and general expertise 0.239, individual job satisfaction 0.167, appropriate job design 0.146, commitment and service compensation 0.181, quality of work life 0.136, training and improvement programs 0.106, policy and organizational / work autonomy 0.272, organizational atmosphere 0.198, empowerment 0.117 and member-leader exchange 0.108 are related to the premium competence.
