Abstract :
Introduction: The attractiveness of the classroom plays an important role in creating motivation for learning, especially in the elementary school years and Although in the elementary school years, students have not yet acquired the proper intrinsic motivation to enter school, it is likely that the attractiveness of the classroom will increase students' enthusiasm for attendance and learning.
research methodology: This research is a qualitative study that uses qualitative content analysis. Participants included nationally representative experts and teachers with degrees in educational management, educational psychology, educational and curriculum planning, educational technology, and educational research in the country, of whom 15 were selected as key informants through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The validity and reliability of the data were obtained through two methods of member checking, christiansen triangulation and external observers. Date were analyzed by open coding.
Findings: The research findings showed that most of the components of attractiveness, such as a suitable physical environment, classroom space, beauty and freshness of the environment, The teacher's mastery of the course content, the use of educational games, human and social relationships, educational justice, teacher behavior and body language, educational and environmental challenges, and attention to environmental needs all make the class attractive to students.
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that paying attention to the factors affecting classroom attractiveness can be considered as a positive reinforcement for students' enthusiasm for attending class and facilitating learning.
