Identification and ranking of factors affecting the success of reverse, job and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz

Abstract :
Introduction: Mentoring, a new approach to traditional coaching, is a cost-effective and innovative tool in which a senior employee mentors a new employee for mutual learning and development.The general purpose of this research is to obtain the effective factors on the success of reverse mentoring, career and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz.
Research methodology: The method of collecting information in this research is field and library. The statistical population of this research is all teachers and employees of private schools in Shiraz. Considering the unlimited statistical population, the sample size was considered to be 384 people. The collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire, which in the first part includes personal characteristics (age, marital status, education) and the second part is a questionnaire on the factors affecting the success of reverse, career and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz as been stated. The content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by experts and the reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Smironov's Klomogrove method was used for data normality, exploratory factor analysis, and Friedman's test was used for prioritization. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis.
Findings: The results of the path analysis show that the factors related to the mentor with an overall effect of 0.78 have the greatest effect on the factors affecting the success of reverse, career and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz, as well as the factors related to the mentee with a total effect of 0.66, internal organizational factors with 0.63, and external organizational factors with 0.59 were influential on the factors affecting the success of reverse, job and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz.
Conclusion: It seems that four factors related to the mentee, factors related to the mentor, internal organizational factors, and external factors are effective factors on the success of reverse, career, and peer mentoring in private schools in Shiraz.
