Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction: The gole of this research is to identify the factors affecting the ethical leadership competence of principals of Bandar Langeh elementary schools.
research methodology: This research was conducted using a mixed method of the type of sequential exploratory design, which used the Grounded theory method in the qualitative part and the survey method in the quantitative part. The sample of the research in the qualitative part included experts in the field of education management, and the method of purposeful sampling based on criteria and snowball was used. A semi-structured interview was conducted with 21 experts. The statistical population in the quantitative part was principals of primary schools in Bandar Langeh (459 people), and a sample of 210 people was selected by random sampling. The research tool in this section was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the theoretical model obtained from the experts in the qualitative phase of the research. In the qualitative section, the interviews were implemented and analyzed in an inductive way and based on the Grounded theory method of the SEG version. obtained, in the quantitative part, the data were analyzed with the structural equation model.
Findings: The findings showed that factors such as causal conditions, effective components of ethical leadership, context conditions and intervening conditions have an effect on the ethical leadership competence of Bandar Langeh elementary school principals, and the findings of the quantitative part confirmed the results of the qualitative part.
Conclusion: It seems that in order to strengthen and improve the ethical leadership competence of Bandar Langeh school principals, it is necessary to pay attention to the physical and technical facilities, functions, control and planning of actions, as well as human resources.
