Abstract :
This descriptive correlational study explored the relationship of organizational health and justice to staff professional development in education organizations. The population included all the staff in Education Organizations in four districts of Karaj city (n=600). A sample (n=235) was selected through systematic random method in accordance with Cochran formula. Research instruments were three questionnaires of organizational health (Hoy & Tarter, 2000), organizational justice (Moren & Niof, 1993; Moren, 1993; Moren, 1991; Moren, 1991), and professional development (Akfelit & Kof, 2005). Pearson's correlation analysis was run to analyze data. Results indicated that there was a significantly positive correlation between organizational health dimensions (institutional, technical, and administrative) and organizational justice dimensions (distributive, procedural, and interactional) and staff professional development. This implies that the changes in the components of organizational justice and health would predict those in professional development.
