Abstract :
Introduction: The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a paradigm model of pathology of schools in border areas in Khuzestan province.
research methodology: In this research, quantitative and qualitative methods have been used to collect information and control variables. Also, to design the paradigm model of the research, the qualitative method has been used. The number of the statistical population in the qualitative part of the research was 15 managers, assistants, and teachers in the border regions of Khuzestan province. According to the nature of the research, the purposeful sampling method, and the network of experts (snowball) have been used. The sample volume was in the qualitative stage according to the saturation level. The research tool in the aforementioned (qualitative) part was a semi-structured interview with a panel of experts. In the quantitative part, descriptive-analytical method has been used to test the research model. The statistical population included all the teachers in the border areas of Khuzestan province, which according to the latest statistics, their number was 1671. To determine the sample size, Cochran's sampling formula and random sampling method proportional to the size of the population were used.
Findings: In addition, to collect data in the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was made by the researcher and path analysis was used to analyze the information. In the paradigmatic model, the findings included causal factors: (human resource management, professional qualifications), contextual (culture, values, and attitudes) and intervening (organizational justice), and in addition to this, the paradigmatic model was also evaluated by means of path analysis.
Conclusion: The result of which showed that the mentioned factors influence the effectiveness of schools in the border areas of Khuzestan province.
