Abstract :
Introduction: The main purpose of this research is to analyze the lived experience of elementary school teachers in order to design a conceptual model of teaching and learning in the post-C OVID 19 Era.
research methodology The current research is in the group of consecutive exploratory mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) of the tool making type. The research is qualitative, applied and in terms of phenomenological method, which was carried out using the six-step method of Claisey. In the quantitative part, the descriptive survey method of the correlation type was used. The participants of the research in the qualitative stage were teachers and principals who had at least a master's degree in educational sciences. Sampling in the current research was of a purposeful type dependent on the criteria. Until the completion of the interviews and the achievement of theoretical saturation, the data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, the researcher made a questionnaire.
Findings: After reviewing and removing duplicate basic themes, they were finally divided into 82 basic themes, 14 organizing themes, and one main overarching theme. In general, it can be concluded that the findings of the quantitative part confirm the results of the qualitative part.
Conclusion: In short, it can be said that digital and electronic educational technologies will be especially important after covid-19, but other factors such as mental health, cooperation and flexibility, and combined training are also important for success in education. and learning are important.
