Abstract :
Abstract
Introduction and purpose: Ethical leadership in secondary schools, especially its effectiveness and development, requires solutions and mechanisms for implementation. The aim of the current research was to provide a developmental model of ethical leadership influence for secondary school principals.
Research methodology: This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. The participants in the research included all the principals of secondary schools in Semnan province with an average managerial experience of 15 years, of which 14 people were selected as the research sample using a purposive sampling method. The data collection tool was semi-structured interview. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed with a systematic approach of coding basic, organizing and inclusive themes.
Findings and results: The results of the statistical analysis of development themes (internal growth, imagination, transfer of values, motivation, interpersonal, atmosphere and culture, moral development, prosperity, voice, self-regulation, trans-role, moral virtue, quality, role modeling, situation science) was Dealing with these dimensions of ethical leadership will help significantly in the effectiveness of ethics in the leadership and management of secondary schools.
