Explanation the effective factors on improving the quality of training of health care network staff

Abstract :
Introduction: Training employees increases the sense of job growth, acquires new skills, and ultimately increases job satisfaction and self-confidence. Training is a tool that helps managers in managing organizations through various techniques and methods. The purpose of this study was to explain the factors affecting the quality of education of health care network staff.
research methodology: In this study, qualitative paradigm and content analysis method in 2019-2020 were used in the health and medical education network of Fars province. Semi-structured interviews with 12 health experts were used to identify the components of improving the quality of education. Purposeful sampling method was selected. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.
Findings: 8 categories including environmental-cultural factors, social factors, individual factors, technological factors, motivational factors, international factors, educational factors and intra-organizational factors and 28 sub-categories were obtained.
Conclusion: Understanding the factors affecting the quality of staff training provides a better understanding of their work environment for training planners. Providing quality training to health network employees helps to better understand the goals and strategies of the organization and the service path is in the right direction. Improving the training of health network staff provides quality services for patients.
