تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزش کارکنان شبکههای بهداشت و درمان

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: آموزش دادن به کارکنان باعث افزایش احساس رشد شغلی، کسب مهارت جدید و در نهایت افزایش رضایت شغلی و اعتماد به نفس می گردد. آموزش، ابزاری است که به وسیله فنون و روش های مختلف، مدیران را در اداره سازمان ها یاری میرساند. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزش کارکنان شبکههای بهداشت و درمان بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: در این مطالعه از پاردایم کیفی و از روش تحلیل محتوا در سال 1399-1398 درشبکه بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی استان فارس استفاده گردید. جهت شناسایی مؤلفههای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش از مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 12 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان بهداشت و درمان استفاده گردید. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده گردید. در تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد.
یافته ها: 8 طبقه و 28 زیرطبقه شامل عوامل محیطی-فرهنگی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل فردی، عوامل تکنولوژیکی، عوامل انگیزشی، عوامل بین المللی، عوامل آموزشی و عوامل درون سازمانی به دست آمد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: شناخت عوامل موثر برارتقاء کیفیت آموزش کارکنان، درک بهتری از محیط کار آنان را برای برنامه ریزان آموزشی پدیدار می سازد. ارایه آموزش با کیفیت به کارکنان شبکه بهداشت سبب می شود تا اهداف و راهبردهای سازمانی بهتر شناخته شود و مسیر خدمت رسانی در جهت درست قرار گیرد. ارتقاء آموزش کارکنان شبکه بهداشت زمینه خدمات با کیفیت را جهت بیماران و ذی نفعان هموار می سازد.
Introduction: Training employees increases the sense of job growth, acquires new skills, and ultimately increases job satisfaction and self-confidence. Training is a tool that helps managers in managing organizations through various techniques and methods. The purpose of this study was to explain the factors affecting the quality of education of health care network staff.
research methodology: In this study, qualitative paradigm and content analysis method in 2019-2020 were used in the health and medical education network of Fars province. Semi-structured interviews with 12 health experts were used to identify the components of improving the quality of education. Purposeful sampling method was selected. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.
Findings: 8 categories including environmental-cultural factors, social factors, individual factors, technological factors, motivational factors, international factors, educational factors and intra-organizational factors and 28 sub-categories were obtained.
Conclusion: Understanding the factors affecting the quality of staff training provides a better understanding of their work environment for training planners. Providing quality training to health network employees helps to better understand the goals and strategies of the organization and the service path is in the right direction. Improving the training of health network staff provides quality services for patients.
