Abstract :
Introduction and purpose:
The purpose of the current research was to design and validate a model the effectiveness of educational organizations.
Research methodology:
In this research, which has a mixed perspective, in the qualitative dimension, the analytical approach of the theme was used, relying on the network of themes, and in the quantitative part, the exploratory method was used. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part was the researchers and key specialists in the field of organizational effectiveness of secondary schools in Shiraz city, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method, and saturation occurred in the 23rd person. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included students of mathematics, physics, experimental sciences, and humanities and teachers working in secondary schools in Shiraz in the academic year 2022-3.
Findings:
What was obtained from the findings of the qualitative section based on the theme analysis approach and the network of themes was put as the foundation of the quantitative section and thus the link between the two approaches was established and as a result a 6-factor questionnaire with 43 questions was obtained whose validity and validity were examined. And it was approved. In a small part, common methods in psychometrics were used, and its findings indicated that the tool consists of 6 factors of students, teachers, parents and trainers, structural, social and educational-research. In the examination of the factors in the confirmatory factor analysis, all the questions showed a standardized load value higher than 0.3 and a T value higher than 1.96, and the appropriate fit indices were obtained. Alpha and CR values were acceptable values (higher than 0.7) and AVE values for all factors were higher than 0.5; Therefore, the validity of all 6 factors was confirmed.
Discussion and conclusion:
In general, it can be said that according to the confirmation of validity and reliability of the tool; This tool can be used to measure effectiveness in the target organization.
