Abstract :
Introduction: In virtual learning environments, value creation is the basis of interaction. The aim of the current research is to improve the model of value co-creation in virtual learning environments with an emphasis on ethical behavior and cooperative behavior.
research methodology: The method of conducting the research was a correlational research design of the structural equation type using the partial least squares method. that the relationships between the variables were investigated in the form of a causal model. The statistical population of the research includes primary school teachers in the 1st, 2nd and 6th districts of Tehran who have used the Shad system for teaching. The survey was conducted in person and through an electronic questionnaire. The respondents were selected using simple random sampling method. Based on Cochran's formula, 200 people were selected as the statistical sample of the research using simple random sampling.
Findings: The findings showed that the relationship between the use of artificial intelligence (β=0.23), dynamic capabilities (β=0.47), ethical behavior (β = 0.37) and cooperative behavior (β = 0.42) with co-creation of value in virtual learning environments is positive and significant at the level (P < 0.01). Also, the moderator role of moral behavior in relation to the use of artificial intelligence and dynamic capabilities of value co-creation in virtual learning environments is significant at the level of (0.01). Also, the moderating role of cooperative behavior in relation to the use of artificial intelligence and dynamic capabilities of value co-creation in virtual learning environments is significant at the level of (0.01). The results showed that the proposed model has a relatively good fit with the data of this research and can explain 64% of value co-creation in virtual learning environments.
Conclusion: This study shows that the use of dynamic capabilities and the use of artificial intelligence in virtual learning environments can help teachers in active learning.
