Abstract :
Introduction: One of the most important factors in the success of educational organizations is the existence of planning for the continuous training of employees. This research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the in-service training model of teachers based on cloud computing in Bushehr province.
research methodology: Based on the purpose, the present research was a mixed exploratory type. Therefore, in the qualitative part, the focus group method was used, and in the quantitative part, the descriptive-survey research method was used. Examples of the qualitative part are educational technology specialists and people who worked in the field of cloud computing. which were selected using the purposeful sampling method of the desired types. The sample size was determined based on the theoretical saturation rule. Quantitative samples were selected based on Jesse and Morgan's table.
Findings: After extracting codes from the text of the interviews and concepts (open coding), 240 concepts were identified and extracted. The research findings from the analysis of the theme showed that 5 dimensions (overarching factors or themes) and 19 components (organizing themes) can be identified as effective dimensions and components in shaping the model of teaching while serving teachers based on He proposed cloud computing. The mentioned dimensions included human resources (4 components), management (5 components), cultural (3 components), technology (5 components) and material and physical resources (2 components). The results of the confirmatory factor analysis also confirmed the components of the model.
Conclusion: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis also confirmed the components of the model and showed that the technological dimension is the most important and it is placed in the order of cultural dimension, managerial dimension, human dimension and material and financial dimension.
