The presentation of a comprehensive system of effective training for the standard ISO10015

Abstract :
The main purpose of this pape is the presentatio of a comprehensive systcm (model) of effective training for the state prisons staff the from of this paper is an applied stady objectivehy and the collectin of data is mixed discover Statistical population was the state prisons staff and the statisttcd samples were 400 staff mcmbers,
The data collection tool in this stady is a questionnaire with reliabitity component of the educational process have examined.
The cronbach,s alpha coefficient formula was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire(a=.,82).content and face validity of the questionnaires were also assessed by reliabie scientific textabooks and viewpoints of experts and professors (by use of cvl and cvr formula). Finally,data analysis was don use of partial least squares (Lezrerl) software.
Findings: after data analysis 5 components determined for assessmen of a comprehensive systcm (model) of effective training for the state prisons staff .
Effectiveness components, in order of importance are.input6/20,out put 6/32,porss6/14,evalusan 6/38,Finally an assessment model for comprehensive system of effective training are about the goals , the componcrt and the model administrat mechanism hs offered.
