Abstract :
This study aimed to provide model and prioritize the key factors of electronic learning success. The statistical population of this study was the students of the Faculty of Electronic Education of Shiraz University, which is equal to 715 people. In accordance with Morgan's table, the sample size was 250, which was determined by non-random sampling in Access Available. Using the binomial distribution technique, among the 21 key e-learning success factors that were derived from the research background, 4 indicators were eliminated and 17 indicators were selected. These 17 factors were based on exploratory factor analysis technique in five general categories: "System Quality, Teachers 'Competency and Educational Assistants, Content Effectiveness, Teachers' Interaction, Student Interaction, and Student Competency". Using the confirmatory factor analysis technique (Laser software), the fitting of the proposed model was confirmed. The results of prioritizing the key factors of electronic learning success, based on the hierarchical analysis process technique, showed that the quality of the program of the electronic learning system, the quality of the provided content, user-friendliness of the electronic learning system and the teacher's information literacy, the most important success factors Learning electronics.
