Abstract :
The aim of this research is to design a paradigm model of ethical leadership competencies for school principals in Bandar Lengeh. This study was conducted with a grounded theory approach, and the research sample consisted of 21 experts and scholars in educational management, selected through purposive sampling, snowball techniques, and criterion-based selection. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and six categories, 20 concepts, and 85 main codes were identified and organized into a paradigm model. The proposed model addresses the cultural and social needs of the educational system in Bandar Lengeh and distinguishes itself from existing models in the international literature. The findings showed that ethical leadership competencies include characteristics and functions that require strategies. intervening factors (specialized training, managerial and organizational policies, effective planning, and appropriate monitoring systems) and contextual factors (financial, physical, and human resources infrastructure) have a significant impact on the multidimensional consequence of this leadership.
