Abstract :
The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing academic conflict and quality of life at school among students with teachers with introverted and extroverted personality traits (case study: female elementary school students in Tehran in the academic year 1402-1403). The present research method is practical in terms of purpose; in terms of the type of data examined, quantitative; In terms of the data collection method, it is survey-field and in terms of the type of method, it is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the current study was female students and working teachers studying in the sixth grade of elementary school in Tehran city in the academic year of 1402-1403. The sampling method in this research was random stepwise method. The method of conducting the research was that the researcher first took the Myers-Bridges personality test from the selected teachers, then divided the teachers into two groups with introverted personality traits and extroverted personality traits. Finally, it was concluded that; There is a significant difference between academic conflict and quality of life at school among students with teachers with introverted and extroverted personality traits among female elementary school students in Tehran in the academic year 1402-1403 and students with teachers with They are extroverts
