Abstract :

The current research seeks to identify and validate the dimensions and components of non-attendance education based on value in elementary school. This research was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of mixed method. The statistical population in the qualitative section included specialists and experts in educational management at different levels of education and faculty members of public and private universities. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews with 21 members of the statistical population who were selected by purposive sampling. The interview protocol was approved both in terms of formal and content validity and in terms of reliability based on the agreement between the two coders. The research data were analyzed based on the qualitative analysis process during the triple open, central and selective coding process of the foundation's data theory approach through the software (Maxkiuda 2020). The statistical population included principals and assistant principals of primary schools in the city of Tehran. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire from among 251 members of the statistical population who were selected by random sampling. The validity and reliability of the data collection tool was confirmed in the quantitative section. The analysis of the collected data was done in two descriptive and inferential ways through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software.technological literacy of parents and i. Also, based on the results of quantitative analysis, all dimensions and components were valid and had a good fit.
